OM Work Yoga classes are energetic and fun sessions designed to be experienced in any type of body.  Gumby skills not necessary!  Each classed is focused on breath, fluid movement and bringing your awareness to self.  We will talk to and wake some of your most neglected body parts.

OM Work Meditations are guided meditations focused on maintaining a relaxed awareness and developing a mindfulness practice that creates an inner space and clarity that enables you to control our mind.



OM Work Coach is a supportive mentorship focused on helping you to feel your best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, we tailor individualized wellness programs to meet your needs.
